I just installed the most recent version of the Kindle Collections plugin. When I customize the collections plugin and run the "preview" option, I get the following message:

calibre, version 0.7.48
Kindle Collections plugin:
Welcome to the Kindle Collections plugin.<P>
Run "Customize plugin" to configure which collections to create.<P>
Run "Preview without saving collections" to see a test report.<P>
Run "Create collections on the Kindle" to save collections.<P>

I am not able to create any collections even using the examples shown in the original post.

I am running Windows 7 Professional, 64bit
Suggestions please?
