@kartu, Please help!!
I have attempted to update my PRS-505 with the new PRSP_505_2.0.10alpha_Installer but it failed partway through with the message shown in the attached screencap.
Before I started the PRS505 had a good working version of PRSPlus 1.1.3 (unchanged for months). I also made sure it was fully charged before I started.
The 505 is currently stuck in boot-up mode (screen says Starting up...) and I don't know where to go from here. I can't switch it off and the resets I have tried haven't been successful.
