Thanks - I have done what you suggested - I checked meme's logfile and sure enough all the newsfeeds were showing in Kindlecode "^None" except the Chicago Tribune which was set to "^PDOC" - so maybe this will cure this particular issue. I will check once the feeds have been updated tomorrow...
I wonder if these feeds will also now correctly show in the "Author" field for calibre...
