As ChiLady1 said, for DiskAid go to 'Preferences\Advanced' and make sure 'show root path of apps' is checked. Your iphone does not have to be jailbroken. This works on my iphone and it is not jailbroken.

Also another thing I discovered. Hopefully this may help someone else. I had some books from Smashwords that were not syncing. Since they already were DRM-free and in .mobi format, when I entered them into Calibre they did not have to be converted, so Calibre never 'fixed' the ASIN # thingy. After I reconverted them and added them again everything worked as it should.
