If someone links to the actual site for the picture you can see what the site is by right clicking on the image and choosing "Properties". Look at the "Address: (URL)". Copy that and paste it into your browser. If that brings up the image, you can play around by shortening the URL until you get the correct web site. It doesn't always work though.
If you do it "properly" you drag the image to the desktop and then upload (or attach) it to your "Pictures & Albums".
The problem with that is that others can't find the web site. And as most people (and companies) want you to come to their web site, this method screws them. You've taken their image and provided nothing in return.
