Rooibos is pretty obvious. There are at least two dozens variations of Rooibos+flavour. There are many ladies over here who loves some of them and drink them constantly. Again, I am an odd one and cannot stand flavours, I tried at least 15 different flavours. Only straight rooibos is nice for me.

Lapacho is unusual. If you google for it you will see dozens and dozens of very expensive medicines. All the wrong ones. I am talking about the actual shavings of tree bark.

Sobacha is roasted buckwheat steeped in boiling water for 5 minutes. Very pleasant taste You can read a bit about it over here or here or here with pics or here
