I don't know if they have something like this in Malaysia? It's not carbonated, and they have a light version. It's basically water with a fruity flavour added to it.

I like and drink them anyway, just not as much.

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll see if any of those are available here.

The doctor suggested some type of herbal remedy and gave me a bag of twigs and leaves to boil, the smell was actually pretty pleasant so I was fooled. This stuff tastes like nothing I would willingly put in my mouth let alone swallow but if stuff that tastes real bad is good for you, then this stuff should raise the dead!
