The UK Sony Forum is full of tales of woe concerning Sony Reader Support/ Service/ Aftersales - doesn't matter what you call it, it doesn't seem to exist !
Apart from charging £28 to look at a device and say it isn't anything to do with them, and then charging to return the thing !

And as for stylus problems ? If it wasn't so sad, it would be laughable.

So many people vow never to buy Sony again and junk it/sellit etc.. and get a Kindle.
And most like the Sony, that's the shortsighted thing about it..........
