Just for the record, no, I for one don't. It's more than a little childish and certainly hurts the wrong people. It's also contrary to the values of open source software which, incidentally, was what allowed him to get it to run in the first place. Standing on the shoulder of giants and all that. Obviously he doesn't have an obligation to publish his code, but I certainly don't need to "respect" that.
