The strange thing, to me, are the urban flooding warnings. We are in a hilly part of the state. The Cahaba River warning is for a densely populted area, where the advisory predicted the river to crest 17 feet. I'm not sure that I know what that means exactly?

Stranger, you will need galoshes - it is a lot of wet coming your way!
