Harry,
I downloaded your very helpful file and followed it faithfully. The problem I have is that BD will not finish converting to lrf. I'm using BD version 5.0 with Vista. I'm trying to convert Jefferson Davis' "The Rise and Fall of the Confederacy" and Eusebius' "History of Constantine" from HTML to lrf. Any hints?
