I've never experienced so much drilling .... fortunately only heard it, not felt it.
My endodontist has a flat screen TV mounted on the ceiling of the room over the patient chair - I watched History Channel between bouts of grouting out my molar.

I'll tell my dentist that overseas, in America, they have LCD on the ceiling during treatment! ( I see him fairly often).
But CONGRATS on loosing your toot-ache.
As I said before: my dentist can retire on my money.
I've always urged my daughter to study for dentist ........but no
