Funny I have bought a whole lot of books from them and have a rather extensive library on their servers and I have never had an issue. I always say that if you need to call tech support you bought the wrong product and/or dealing with the wrong company. My biggest complaint thus far is that their blackberry reader software will not allow me to use my gift card on the berry - in other words no real big troubbles.
