I've read YA zombie stories that were just as graphic as any of the adult ones I've read, and a lot of the books that were targetted at YA in the 70s had lots of swearing in them too. YA tends to mean "young lead characters" more than anything else. If it's for Amazon I wouldn't draw attention to anything questionable if I were you. They remove books that generate complaints, even if the complainants haven't even read it.
