I suppose one could always complain to Customer Service, but they'd probably accidentally delete something you wanted to keep.
This, in part, is why I no longer get Smashwords coupon freebies on my main account unless it's something by an author I know I respect enough to have cluttering up the main bookshelf with my actual pay purchases.
Turns out most of the size of that sample file is taken up by a back advert which says to contact a simonandschuster.com email address for an advance copy.
I'm feeling mildly tempted to try.
