Baking soda is pure sodium bicarconate.
Baking power is usually one part sodium bicarbonate to two parts cream of tartar (potassium bitartrate) (& possibly other minor ingredients)
Self-raising flour is flour that already includes baking powder. It's about 97% plain flour and 3% baking powder.
