3 questions about the repack firmware update
Hello all,
After months of checking out tablet/ereader solutions, I finally bought the pocketbook IQ. I must say that I am really happy with the device, it feels real sturdy and everything works out of the box. I am new to Android however and there are still things I haven’t been able to figure out. I have installed the latest firmware update (the 2.0.3 repack) and I was hoping someone here could help me out.
-Gtalk doensn’t work, I have done the factory reset and synced my gmail account but everytime I try to open Gtalk it immediately closes.
-I can’t get my android ID, I have installed the Android emulator on 2 different laptops (vista and windows 7) and downloaded the image and placed it in the right folder. But when the emulator starts I just get a standard android phone enviroment without the market. I can’t add my gmail account anywhere en I don’t see the andy android like it says in the tutorial.
-I can’t get a2sd working. I can connect through USB and push the a2sd file in the pocketbook (I can even see the file with the file manager) but when I enter the command: $ a2sd setup, it returns: $ not found. I even tried: su a2sd setup. But this doesn’t work either. Even when I enter just: a2sd, it says: a2sd not found. Which is strange because the file is in the right place.
TIA Xervantes
