Netflix because it has a MASSIVE catalog of old titles that I like very much. I've gotten way more than my money's worth out of that subscription over the years.

Amazon VOD for one or two seasons of a (then) currently running show because I wanted to try it out. It's too buggy for me and I can't stand DRM for purchases. Since I think DRM is quite fair for rentals and Netflix has the best pricing in that sector, I went with Netflix. I had Blockbuster OD for a while but their catalog (2 years ago at least) was laughable. Maybe it's better now (I dunno). Netflix's recommendation system also works great for me and I've discovered numerous nice shows that way. It's a little slow to get new shows and movies but they get there eventually (in one form or another) to not have the delay matter to me too much.

Overall, I'm very happy with it (and I cut the cable 5 years ago).
