(We never had Samovar in my family. I have now two at home (my Russian/Belorussian/Polish wife's) but they are ornamental from my POV they do slightly add to kitchen's interior)


I tried another mini tuocha Pu-Erh.
90C, about 8oz of water
I rinsed it for 30 seconds.
Then brewed for 3 minutes.

It didn't add earthy flavour, however the flavour itself was too strong.
So strong, that I have no intention to resteep it. Next time, I will brew it for only 2 minutes.

Pu-erh or not, I still want some tea, thus Taylors of Harrogate's Pure Ceylon.
