I've seen a couple of Lifetime TV movie versions of Jodi Picoult books that were interesting enough to make me consider sampling her work--
The Tenth Circle and
Plain Truth. But I have the feeling that they may be too fraught with MEANING, when I prefer straightforward genre fiction.
