I have sent an email to Sony Australia, and the nice lady at Myers Launceston gave me the customer service number. I'll see if there is anything in my email tomorrow, and will call them. The registration form on the website doesn't accept Myers Launceston as a valid input for the place I bought the ebook reader.

Your serial should be on the actual product itself. Remove the cover and look at the back of your ebook reader.
