Because it is a human there is all sorts of potential for there being questions on what they've eaten and their health in general, a lot more so than for cows milk. You can be pretty sure that the cows milk you poured your frosted flakes this morning did not come from a cow that had been out shooting up cocaine with a dirty needle the night before it was milked.
