I dunno. The new iPad looks to be a lot more capable, regarding processing and graphics. Very promising for games and fancy demanding apps, which imo are the best reasons to buy one (at least it's what I would use it for). The trim form factor looks like a worthy upgrade as well. Worth it to people who bought an iPad in the last year? Maybe not. But it's definitely nice for first timer buyers.
