I buy an ebook from Borders yesterday. I get an email saying to go to my e-library for download and the book isn't there. I call customer service, who advises me to wait for an hour and it will show up. I wake up this morning and its still not there. It shows in my transaction history, but it isn't in the library.

I can see why Borders is having financial problems. This is likely my last purchase from them.
