In my opinion, iPad 4 won't be iPad 4, it will be iCard 4/iPaper 4. It will be thin, can be rolled into a roll and weighs only 100 grams with 24+ hrs battery life. It will have lost the current interface it has (iOS used by smartphones) and will possess really usable interface. It will of course support flash natively.
