Hi all,

I have left numerous messages and was hoping to get help from some of the members who frequent this thread. Alas it isn't forthcoming yet. I am frustrated in that there seems to be many obstacles to using the PRS500 in a way to enjoy e-books and pdf files.

I am a novice and would like to contribute info once I get it correct.
