In reality, folks are usually just trying to stay warm indoors, catching a few pages in bed, trying to keep the light low so the spouse can sleep. For the majority of the time, we like a lighter background.
when I get a chance to read outdoors, I wear sunglasses. Makes everything looks better and protect my eyes.

thanks for explaining how reading works. I never had a clue. And beware of the sun it's evil. Last life causes death so by all means one should avoid life it should be banned.
