"Move the books into ADE, and then onto your Nook or other eReader"

Hi dmunsil, could you please tell me how ?! Step by detailed step would be great for this technodunce (Thanks neilmarr, lovely term).

There they are, sitting in my Copia Library, plain to see - could have done without another library, to be honest - but I can't get anything to do anything !

I've got my Sony , Adobe, Calibre Libraries eager and ready, but how the hell do I get the books there ?
I saw someone simply got them straight into Sony Reader library without a problem - oh envy...........
