I think that it depends of the user. Imagine a realtor, for example. Being able to take pictures and/or do conferences, could be useful for them. There are some professions were the tablet/camera integration is a big plus. A high resolution camera or a very expensive one, is not needed in my opinion, as long as you can accomplish the main goal which is share the image.
