Given both the content that you've had on your site both recently, and previously, you do have to admit it is a bit hard to believe you. Each time something is said, you say that it was someone else.
With the most recent claim, you expect us to believe that it was some other random company that paid you money to have a link. I find that quite insulting. For one thing, you would have to be exceptionally inept and moronic to blindly accept money to link to someone, when you were recently caught having suspect and known pirated material. On top of it, you expect us to believe you despite having relatively no credibility when evidence says you're lying. Anyone with a modicum of intelligence can look around, find out who your domain registrar, web host, etc and find that the so called third party site is still yours.
