Our solution for outliers is simple: just ignore them. Get rid of them. Throw them out of your dataset. Works every time
Nah, just kidding. We have a couple of statisticians in our team who deal with that sort of thing. I'm a social scientist, math isn't my thing

Same here ... I just have an hour between meetings. I should be typing out the notes I took at the previous meeting because otherwise I'll have to do it tuesday and then I won't remember anything. I'm too tired.
