No, Antarctica is subject to seasons just like everywhere else in the world, due to the earth's axial tilt and its revolution around the sun. In summer (now) we have long daylight hours - we have night again now but for a month or so we had 24 hour daylight - and relatively warm weather. In winter it will be the opposite - shortening daylight hours down to 24-hour night at midwinter and very cold! It's just that, even in summer, it's like winter in the midlatitudes. It's like northern Canada or Alaska, only at the opposite time of year.
