I've found them to be really nice at the Erin Mills store too. I didn't like the people at the Heartland store. Condescending and rude! I took my business to Erin Mills. They've always been helpful over the phone when I had questions and were kind enough to let the hubby & I swap the sealed silver 350 for a pink 350 on Valentines day.
When I asked about matching US store prices they couldn't do it but they were willing to drop it to a boxing day price. It still couldn't beat the $130 sale price in the US but at least he was nicer than the guy at Heartland who basically said take it or leave it.
