I'm a meat eater, but nothing icky. I like sirloin steaks, pork loin, chicken breast, generally whatever is most expensive.
I won't eat ground beef, but get ground sirloin and mix in butter to make the yummiest steak burgers.
At some restaurants in central Europe last fall, we noticed lard and toast on the appetizer menus. And fries are not worth eating if they are cooked without trans fats. Taters cook best in lard.
