I don't think I qualify as a real meat-eater but also not as a vegetarian. I only eat chicken and turkey. In very small quantities. Sometimes pork, maybe once every month with a wok dish. Fish twice a week. A vegetarian dish once a week. But don't ever force me to eat red meat or any kind of organ meat, because I will be sick.

I have tried everything that anyone has asked me to, some I liked (deep fried grasshoppers) and others I didn't (tongue, lung, liver...organs) the one I didn't like, I'll not try again, no point

I stopped eating sausages when someone told me about the things they put in there. I used to love them as a kid.
I've never heard about tripe before. Maybe I'll google it when I feel a little more courageous.
