That's my feeling as a current iPad1 owner. If I was buying from scratch then clearly the iPad2 would be better, but there isn't anything there that interests me enough to consider upgrading. If the rumours of a retina display had come to pass, that would have been a different story, but this is a pretty normal product refresh, rather than the jump that the iTouch had from 3 to 4.
