An interesting and original fantasy. A bit confusing in places. On the whole I enjoyed it, and I think I'll enjoy the others in the series. I'm pleased to say that it's a story complete in itself — if it was the only one, one wouldn't feel cheated of an ending.

But before I move on to the others, I think something shorter is in order. Back to Agatha Christie for her fifth novel, Poirot Investigates
