tripe, is that the way it is called chez vous mister? that is a main staple. I like it. I haven't found a way to cook it that I did not like. I do not particularly like the sausage that they make with it in the South of France, andouille. She likes that. There are a lot of things in sausage that many people won't eat in its original state. I personally love sausage but I won't eat organ meat, call me spoiled

I have tried everything that anyone has asked me to, some I liked (deep fried grasshoppers) and others I didn't (tongue, lung, liver...organs) the one I didn't like, I'll not try again, no point
