tripe, is that the way it is called chez vous mister? that is a main staple. I like it. I haven't found a way to cook it that I did not like. I do not cook it anymore because my wife cannot stand even the idea of it (a woman of the first kind, let it be clear, well after all those talk on MR soap opera show). I do not particularly like the sausage that they make with it in the South of France,
