Harry Potter is not legally available in e-book format.

The Twilight books are, though apparently not for Canadians via Amazon. But Kobo has them either as individual books or in a 4-book bundle which from the looks of it actually works out to be $2 more expensive than the single ones put together. It's from Little & Brown who disallow discounts, so coupons won't work.
