Sure, but only Amazon knows how they generates their page numbers. Calibre's page number generation is a hack - it doesn't offer a way to generate page numbers that match a physical copy of the book. Amazon needs to publish a spec for what they are doing, so people authoring azw for Kindle Store can ensure that their book will have an apnx file when people purchase it.
