Well, I did say it was no doubt operator error! I have no idea what I did wrong. I didn't make any changes to any of the files, let alone the trigger file and all of my custom screensaver files were still on the Kindle in the linkss/screensavers directory. All I did was drop the K3 WiFi ss hack install.bin file in the root directory of my Kindle after successfully installing yifanlu's jailbreak, updated the Kindle, just as always after putting a .bin file on the Kindle, restarted the kindle after receiving the update successful message, and my custom screensavers did not show up. I did the exact same thing after installing your new jailbreak and reinstalling the screensaver hack, and the hack started working.

I was thinking that maybe I grabbed the wrong ss file to drop in the Kindle's root directory after installing yifanlu's jailbreak, but then I shouldn't have gotten the update successful message if it was the wrong version for my Kindle, right? Who knows! I'm just happy to see my custom screensavers again.
