well, i don't know if it's true, but there used to be a running joke here that cats were used as fillings in siopao(s) (erm that's a pork bun in the States, i think. i dunno what you guys call it). the joke is because there are tons of cats and other animals in chinatown
(before someone gets offended by a joke).
of course, there really are some people who have eaten dogs.
