I see your point.

But sometimes a little bit of a tea "ceremony" or "ritual" is a nice way to punctuate a busy day. Maybe it's a brief escape. Before I retired, I was in the habit of having a least a morning and an afternoon tea event in my office. The tea preparation was at least as important to me as the enjoyment I found in the beverage.

Then again, there are times when you just want the darn tea, without the pomp and circumstance.
