for an android phone as an access point, we need to replace the file Root Explorer wpa_supplitsant in System/bin, before it look what its permission,after copying the file to put the same permissions. Wpa_Supplicant.zip
Reboot device.

Install the program on your phone Barnacle Wifi Tether, run the program and press start. barnacle_0.67.apk.zip

Now your Pocketbook IQ will see ad-hoc networks and the phone will work as 3g modem.
