If you buy a free book, I'll get a percentage of what you pay Amazon .... Of course, you have to have a lot of volume for all that nothing to result in any payout.....

Affiliates earn a percentage from Amazon, but it never affects what you pay. So, you can reward affiliates for their work by using their links, or just search on Amazon and let them keep that fee for themselves....
