Hi all,

Just signing up as this seems to be the hottest forum for ebooks, ereaders etc. I've read a lot of paper books, and probably now on my 20th or so title in electronic format. I started with a Palm III and mobipocket, now I tend to read on my android phone using FBReader.

I'm looking to get a Sony PRS 505 as the budget allows, but need to research the DRM issues with buying ebooks and connecting with Ubuntu. I do have a large number of books I've converted to epub anyway, so no shortage there, but buying new ebooks rather than the paper equivalent seems more sense to me. More of that in another post, as I'm at work and should be working!!
