Did you know... you can't get that served here!?! If you want cold tea in a Japanese restaurant, it will always be cold Oolong tea. Green tea is only served hot. (In westernized restaurants black tea is used for cold tea, but only in the last 10 years or so. Before that, cold black tea could only be found at McDs and only in summer.)
