Just to remind that epub is a container. It could be open and
changed in a way user likes it.
Well, one might remove css file at all and reiterate through
Calibre. It will give instead vanilla css file, that is just fine to
my need. Some italics would not show the way it was intended
by the author. No big deal.
The question is how to open the file? Sigil or simply unzip it,
whatever app or command line binary one finds well suited.
