I thought that was liberal capitalism ? Though that's a misuse of the word IMHO. It's often misused by those think liberty means that the rich can do whatever they want to the poor and get away with it. For me liberty / libertarianism / liberalism means the optimum balance of liberty for everyone, even if that means restricting someone's rights / liberty. Like forbid one man to own firearms to protect other's people right to live. And so on. But liberal capitalism is the complete opposite from any principles of liberty - it's giving greedy big capitalist pigs complete freedom to loot and plunder the poor without any control. That's why it's a misuse of the word liberal. Liberty doesn't mean total liberty for some at the expense of basic liberties of all others.
